CalDadNetwork

Launched May 2025

In May 2025, the California Fatherhood Council launched the CalDadNetwork, an online platform powered by GoodGrid that is specifically designed to connect dads with programs and services that can assist them. The CalDadNetwork also gives organizations helping fathers a free tool to use to work with their dads online and help them with referrals to other resources, removing the barriers of transportation and location that can keep dads from receiving the help they need.

We held the CalDadNetwork launch event at the headquarters of our pilot anchor partner, Man 2 Man – Urban Youth Advocate, an Oakland-based nonprofit organization providing both supportive services and referrals for California fathers. Led by Founder/Chief Executive Officer Dr. Stewart Perrilliat, the organization is committed to transforming lives through fatherhood education, family reunification, and reentry support. Since 2020, they have achieved a zero-recidivism rate, reflecting the success of their evidence-based approach to creating lasting change. A key to both Man 2 Man and the CalDadNetwork’s success is referrals. Through partnerships with CityServe, Maranatha Christian Center, Love Never Fails, and Healing Grove, Man 2 Man provides California fathers access to mentorship, life skills training, and living-wage job placement.

Stay tuned for further updates of the CalDadNetwork, and if you or your organization is interested in getting involved, please reach us via the Contact Us page.
